| 2. What kind of power do I need? |
| Most bounce houses require 1 - 110v AC outlet within 25 feet for running electrical cords. Keep in mind that for safety reasons, the extension core going from the outlet to bounce house is routed away from foot traffic to reduce the possibility of a trip hazard. |

| 3. How far in advance should I reserve a bounce house? |
| We accept reservation any where from months in advance to an hour in advance, but the sooner you reserve the more likely you are to get the particular bouncer you desire. |

| 4. How do I reserve a bounce house? |
| At Choice Party Rentals we want to make your rental experience easy and convenient. That is why we offer our 24 hour online reservation. You can also call us at 972-310-3033 where we are more than happy to assist you. If we are not available at the time you contact us, please leave a detailed message with the following information: your name, date of event, items of interested & delivery location. We make every effort to reply all voice mail & email messages at within a timely manner. |

| 5. When do you set and pick up. |
| When you place your reservation you will receive an email confirming your reservation. Then you will receive a call a day or two prior to your event date to set up a delivery time. An Estimated pick up times will be set up with the installer when your bounce house is delivered and set up. |

| 7. What forms of payments do you accept? |
| We accept cash, checks, MasterCard and Visa. We also accept Discover and American Express via Pay Pal. Please note that we require a driver’s license present when using checks. And there is $25 fee for returned checks. |

| 8. Can I set up the bounce house on any surface? |
| Inflatable can be set up on grass, cement, and also indoors. We ask that you make sure the area is clear of rocks, sticks and other sharp objects prior to set up of inflatable. |

| 9. How does the bounce house stay inflated? |
| Each bounce house will have either one or more blower depending on the size of the inflatable that keeps it inflated. The blower must remain on as long as the inflatable is in use. |

| 10. Does it need electricity? |
Depending on where you desire to set up your bounce house, we will provide either a 50 or 100 foot extension cord. You will need a standard household 110V outlet. We ask that nothing else is plugged in to that outlet. The blower
uses as much electricity as an indoor fan once the bouncer is fully inflated.
Some inflatables require 2 or 3 blowers due to the size of the bouncer. Each will need a dedicated outlet preferably not on the same breaker.
If you feel that your homes electrical system can not handle the amount of amperage required, we will need to set up a generator. |

| 11. What if I need a generator? |
| We have generators available when needed. There will be a $50 charge on all generators. |

| 12. What is your policy on cancellation? |
| At Choice Party Rentals we understanding that things happen and we want to work with you. We ask that you give us a call or send us an email (preferably a reply with your email confirmation). If you need to reschedule your reservation we will work with you to choose another day. We do request that you provide us with as much advance notice as possible. The sooner we know about the need to reschedule or cancel the more flexible we can be. |

| 13. What if it’s raining or windy? |
| We reserve the right to cancel a reservation due to heavy rains or high winds (over 20 mph). There is no penalty to the renter. We will call on the morning of your party to confirm the reservation. At that time you have the option of canceling your order. Should you decide to proceed with your order in such weather conditions, once the unit is delivered, there will be no refunds should the weather conditions consist of heavy rains or high winds. |

| 14. Do you provide an attendant? |
| We can provide an attendant for each unit you rent. There is a $15 per hour, per attendant charge, with a minimum of 4 hours required. Please request an attendant when making the reservation so we can make the proper arrangements. |

| 15. How many kids can jump at one time? |
Amount of Participants Per Unit
On the Obstacle Course we don’t recommend more than 2 at time mo matter the age.
On the Slides we don’t recommend more than 1 person at time mo matter the age.
On 13X13 Units for children 8 and under, (about 8) at a time.
On 13X13 Units for children 9 to 12, (between 5 to 6) at a time.
On 13X13 Units older teens, (between 3 to 4) at a time.
On 13X13 Units for adults, (no more then 3) at a time.
On 15X15 Units for children 8 and under, (about 10) at a time.
On 15X15 Units for children 9 to 12, (between 6 to 8) at a time.
On 15X15 Units older teens, (between 4 to 5) at a time.
On 15X15 Units for adults, (no more then 4) at a time.
On Combos Units for children 8 and under, (about 10) at a time.
On Combos Units for children 9 to 12, (between 7 and 8) at a time.
